It’s Ramazan time and we are thinking of food non-stop. The family wants something new and yummy every single day. Here is a simple and delicious Prawn Balls Recipe the kids will love!
You will Need:
500 gms Prawns (cleaned & pre-boiled)
3 Spring onions (chopped)
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt & Red Pepper (or to taste)
1 egg white
1/2 cup cornflour and 2/3 cup breadcrumbs (mixed)
Cooking Oil for deep frying
Roughly chop up the boiled prawns into smaller pieces. (You can substitute cooked & shredded Chicken instead too if you don’t enjoy prawns).
Place in a bowl with spring onions and all the seasoning and mix well. Beat the egg white until fluffy, then fold into the mixture.
Refrigerate for an hour or so. Then shape into small balls and roll into the crumb and corn flour mix. Once coated, deep fry until golden brown. Yummy…this simple Prawn Balls Recipe will make your iftar even more special.
