Here is a tried and tested family recipe shared by Kaisra Hameed all the way from Australia. This easy and delicious dessert is sure to win your family’s hearts and taste-buds.
1 Can Evaporated Milk 375 ML
1 Can Condensed Milk 395 ML
1 Pack Thickened Cream 375 ML
2 Slices Bread (White or Brown)
1 Cup (Unsalted, shelled Pistachios and Almonds) NUTS OPTIONAL
Put all the ingredients, nuts and bread into a blender. Blend until the mixture forms a thick paste.
Pour the mixture into an Air tight container, Kulfi moulds or Ice-pop moulds and FREEZE overnight for 6-8 hours.
Your delicious Kulfi will now be ready to serve and eat.
