As working women know, their own mothers are their biggest support! To celebrate this fact, an event titled “The Role of Mothers Behind the Success of Professional Women,” was held recently. Organised by two innovative enterprises, Ethical Affairs and The Design Firm, the event was a panel discussion and presentation attended by successful Mothers & Daughters.
A Lively Panel Discussion
The participants in the panel included leading women from a range of sectors. These included Finance, technology, education, fashion and the arts. The personal accounts they shared included stories of trials and triumphs and of stumbles and success.
Throughout the discussions the positive contribution of a mother’s love and support was highlighted. The event also served to guide young mothers on how to help and motivate their daughters.
A Diverse Group of Business Leaders
The event was well-attended and included: His Excellency, the Consul General of Malaysia Khairul Nazran Abd Rahman and President of WCCI South Shaiyanne Malik. The panelists included: Nilofer Syed CEO Necos, Raeda Latif from Pakistan Stock Exchange & Faisal Rahim – Owner – TOTAL Communications. Huma Adnan CEO FNKASIA, Aziz Fatima Hasnain & Sophia Hasnain from Linked Things were among others.
Also participating were Members of the Memon Professional Forum, WCCI, FPCCI, MAP, Open Karachi, ICAP, and professionals from various industries. Team Homelovelifestyle was also there to support this great initiative.
